For more than 20 years, Stephen has been President and Owner of the management consulting firm The Roebuck Group, partner to Roebuck Technologies. Stephen possesses more than 35 years of construction materials industry experience at all levels of management. He has worked with scores of privately and publicly held companies with regard to business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, profitability improvement, restructuring and turn around initiatives, business intelligence and strategic and corporate planning. Stephen possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auburn University.


Douglas C. Coleman

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder

Doug possesses over 25 years of expertise in information technology, supply chain management, and competitive strategies. Doug has engaged in all aspects of technology in a business setting: end-user, consultant, supplier and co-founder. From an end-user perspective, Doug served as Vice President of IT and Logistics for Commercial Carrier Corporation, a nationwide transportation and logistics provider, managing a lean technical staff while effectively encouraging an executive team to embrace new technology in support of profitable business expansion. As a consultant with The Roebuck Group, Doug helped a variety of clients achieve success through the adoption of relevant technology to support business goals. Transitioning to supplier, Doug joined senior management at Vology, a global value-added reseller of technology solutions, to reduce operating costs while serving customers and achieving profitable business growth. As co-founder of Roebuck Technologies, Doug serves as Chief Operating Officer and often acts as virtual CIO to clients. Doug earned a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MBA from the University of Florida, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.


John Staples

John Staples

Vice President of IT

John is a seasoned IT executive with over two decades of experience spearheading proactive IT service management across diverse sectors, including government, healthcare and commercial organizations. His dynamic leadership style, coupled with innovative technical acumen, has consistently driven IT business strategies to optimize mission-critical data and voice networks, achieving maximum operational impacts while minimizing resource expenditures. As the former Operations and IT Director at large MSPs in both Indiana and Florida, John was responsible for managing operations and implementing new processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceeding service-level agreements. John's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Information Officer for local governments, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets and spearheaded transformative projects aimed at enhancing government efficiency and transparency. John's technical proficiency spans a wide spectrum, including certifications in Cisco Network, Storage and VoIP Design, Cisco Network & Security Design, Barracuda, Carbonite, VMware Design/Virtualization, NetApp, Dell Compellent SAN Design, and Microsoft. John attended Purdue University, majoring in Chemical Engineering.

Chief Financial Officer

With over 24 years of executive management experience in the construction materials industry, Bryan has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Vice President and General Manager of aggregates, concrete products, asphalt and construction related businesses with Cemex, CSR Rinker and Holcim. His international experience includes assignments in the United States, Canada and Australia. Bryan possesses a Bachelor of Business degree from the New South Wales Institute of Technology and is a licensed CPA.

Vice President of Marketing and Co-Founder

Mary Francis is Vice President of Marketing at Roebuck Technologies where she leads all efforts in branding, communications, social presences and advertising. She has served in an executive capacity at The Roebuck Group for over 15 years, and possesses expertise in business analysis for mergers and acquisitions, valuations, market and feasibility studies, and the development of continuing education programs in both a live and e-Learning format. Mary Francis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.
